- Complete an Admissions Test
Every child applying to TLS will be asked to take an Admissions Test. We test to ensure that Trinity is a good fit academically for your child. The cost of this test is $45 and is non-refundable. The test is proctored by one of our teachers using the Brigance test for incoming Kindergarten and 1st grade students and the Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement for Grades 2 through 8. Acceptance will be subject to test results but teacher evaluation may also be considered.
- Apply For Admission
Application for enrollment is always available. New families are encouraged to tour the school before applying.
- Submit Transcripts and Test Scores
TLS will request the educational records from your child's current school registrar. Your child's current school will be responsible for mailing all transcripts, teacher reports and any standardized test results directly to TLS. Please note that registration is not considered complete until we have received these records.
- Admissions Decisions
After careful evaluation, the Principal will make all final recommendations on enrollment for students accepted to TLS. The Principal will notify the family within 10 days of testing to discuss the results and educational options for each student. Your child’s academic success is our top priority!
Upon acceptance, TLS students will provide a completed Application for Enrollment, a $200 New Student Fee and a $440 (includes PTL fee) registration fee. These fees are non-refundable.
It is the objective of TLS to provide a quality Christian education to as many children as possible. For all re-enrolling students the deadline is January 31st.
All applications remain active for two years. Therefore, if admission is not granted the first year, you may reapply the following year. Simply contact Melissa Bergholt to update your existing application with any new information that may be relevant to your child's application.
